Portfolio Slideshow

what
KDesign, Inc. is a website and graphic design company located in Lincoln, Nebraska with clients all over the midwest and as far away as New York. Check out the KDesign portfolio for examples of websites, logos, business cards and other marketing materials. If you like what you see, please send a message!

why
Because there are a lot of self-proclaimed web designers out there who are really either graphic designers who don't understand code or programmers who don't understand design. KDesign understands both of these crucial elements of website design and can provide you with a great looking website that works great too.

See the fabulous photography of Tim Plasek on his new website at www.prairiewindphoto.biz. Mr. Plasek needed a website to allow people to purchase prints and place custom orders. KDesign integrated a custom design into Mr. Plasek's smugmug.com account which allows customers to view galleries and order prints - then smugmug actually prints the photos and ships them! What a fabulous photographer resource!

It's tax day - but more importantly, Predator Quest's new website went live today! This is the second redesign KDesign has done for Predator Quest and it was definitely time! Les was quickly growing out of the old website and needed new features and a more effective shopping cart. Some of the features include: an auction system, episode viewer, testimonials manager, elist manager and an ecommerce system with customer, order and product manager for client use. If you're into hunting... it's worth a look!

Nebraska Sod's new website went live today! Well... not so much a new design as a 'modernized' version of what they already had. The site was widened to fill out standard monitor sizes better, pictures were enlarged, and some other subtle changes made to bring the website into 2009. I never realized how much usefull information was on this website until I read the common questions and found out we've been draining our sprinklers wrong! Tons of great info and pictures on this site. Check it out!

After several months in the making, the newly designed Data Builder website went live today. This is one of the most 'corporate' and 'professional' websites KDesign has completed to date. KDesign developed the 'business card' concept used on the website as a unique way to relate Data Builder's services and products to the needs of different corporate roles. Testimonials are incorporated on each page as well to help readers identify with the services and products.

For those of you keeping track... that's five websites live in 8 days! Two more are very close! Whew - what a month!

Laurie Baedke's newly redesigned website went live today! Laurie wanted a simple, clean, sophisticated black and white website including a new logo. The website incorporates a wordpress blog with adjustments made to its stylesheet to look like the rest of the website. (The links were tricky to add without inserting HTML.) Next up for Laurie is new stationery and business cards. KDesign looks forward to this project with Laurie.

KDesign is proud to introduce the new Prairie Orthopaedic website! Sticking with a 'prairie' theme using photographs taken by a member of the client's family, we were able to create a beautiful, fresh, clean website with a striking color scheme while incorporating the logo into the design. I really love this site... well I love most my sites, but this one turned out even better than I expected.

Brand new website for Surgical Associates Bariatric Division launched tonight! The goal of the website was to provide patients with information about weight loss surgery and for the practice to become more visible by finally getting a website! The website features lots of information about lap band and gastric bypass surgeries, patient forms and assessments, physician bios and a BMI calculator. Dr. Hung and Dr. Taddeucci are the most experienced bariatric surgeons in Lincoln, Nebraska!

The newly redesigned Take Flight Farms website launches! It's so much fun to work with pictures of horses... you just can't make them look bad! Take Flight was ready for a fresh, modern look that was consistent with new marketing materials. We also incorporated drop-down menus this time around since the site has grown so much! This is such a cool organization - you have to check out the site and read up! The 'Meet the Horses' page is my favorite :)

The new Winners Circle website is now online! This organization works with elementary students to help them learn how to set goals and then celebrating and rewarding their achievements. It's a wonderful organization that has recently joined forces with another KDesign client, All Our Kids. The two organizations have different logos but intend to eventually mesh together into one image... which is why the Winners Circle website uses the exact same design and layout as the All Our Kids website! Different colors, logo and fonts - but same design!
